The PADI EFR course is not a diving course. In this 1 day course you will learn the correct way to do CPR and how to address wounds, cuts, fractures and other injuries. You will also learn how to handle injuries caused by aquatic life. The EFR First Aid course is also a pre-requisite to start the PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Divemaster course.
