Basic Diver Boat

We take into account tides, waves, winds and currents to choose the dive sites that offer the best conditions each day. We do our best to accommodate dive site requests, but we cannot promise any particular dive site. Furthermore, although we plan dive sites in advance according to forecasts, in the event of difficult conditions on the day itself, which would compromise the safety and comfort of our divers, we would have to change dive sites. In all cases, the 2 dives will be guaranteed. Note that some dive sites require a minimum level of certification and/or experience.

This program usually begins at 7:15 am, so that you are ready to take our 9:45am boat. The Basic Diver will invariably start with a briefing that will cover diving safety and underwater communication. Your instructor will also describe the use of the equipment and a few basic manoeuvres that you will practice in our natural swimming pool. These first steps will allow you to acclimate to breathing underwater and build up your confidence before we take you out to sea. Once briefing and pool are done, we will make you discover the underwater world for two dives to a maximum depth of 12 meters. The boat trip, including the two dives, can last 4 to 5 hours depending on the proximity of the dive sites that are scheduled.
