The underwater world starts only 300m off the shore from Sanur. Each of these three dive sites offers a different bottom composition. The sandy composition of the ground creates sometimes average conditions and thus, the underwater visibility can sometimes be a bit reduced. Currents depend on the tidal movements and can on occasion be strong here. Sanur Diving is generally great for beginners, though honestly we prefer to go a little further and bring you to a top dive site, such as Tulamben or Padang Bai. However, the mix of a nice reef and good marine life makes diving in Sanur a particularly interesting experience for the novice diver, a rescue diver course, and for specialty diving courses.
