SAMPLE SCHEDULE 1st Day: transfer to Nusa Penida, check in Ring Sameton Hotel, optional diving (depends on your arrival time) 2nd Day: breakfast, 2 dives, lunch, optional diving 3rd Day: breakfast, 2 dives, lunch, optional diving 4th Day: breakfast, 2 dives, lunch, transfer to Bali by 4:30 p.m. boat Important note: - Dive plan for each day is made based on the actual weather and ocean conditions and factors such as currents, moon phase, wind, tides and swell. - Safety of our guests and crew is an absolute priority for us while making a dive plan. - Dive sites will be chosen by boat captain and dive operation manager on the day of diving. - Our guest can request a particular dive site and we will do our best to accommodate such a request if the ocean and weather conditions allow us to do it safely.

SAFETY WHILE DIVING NUSA PENIDA - Please allow for the sufficient surface interval before you take a flight after your last dive. We’d recommend you to consider planning your flight no earlier than 24 hours after your last dive. - Your package schedule can be easily adjusted to meet that requirement – just let us know your flight time. PACKAGE OFFERS DISCOUNTS - We discount our packages only if you bring and use your complete set of scuba gear. - Please, let us know you’re bringing your own wetsuit, BCD, fins, boots, mask and regulator while making your booking with us. You’ll get your discounted package price. PACKAGE PAYMENT - In order to secure the accommodation and spots on the boat for the desired dates we will need 50% advance on the selected package. - We accept the payment via PayPal, Wise, SWIFT banking transfer or credit card (attracts 3% surcharge). - Supported currencies: IDR (except Paypal), USD, AUD, SGD, AUD, EUR, GBP. We hold affiliated (linked) bank accounts in the countries of the mentioned currencies. - Please, note that every payment platform and/or payment service provider applies different charges on the transaction. Charges are paid by the sender. - We do not charge you anything extra for using PayPal or Wise. PayPal exchange rate is slightly different from the market one. We calculate it based on the exchange rate of the USD, GBP, AUD, SGD, EUR to Indonesian Rupiah. PACKAGE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Life is usually full of surprises and sometimes they are not exactly what we expect. We strongly recommend you arrange travel insurance for your holiday, which may help you to smooth out unforeseen problems that might occur during your trip (hopefully not). Such problems include (though are not limited to): illnesses, injuries, delays or cancellations of transfers etc. If you decide to or have to cancel your booked trip or package last minute – we won’t be able to refund. Upon completing your booking with us we will send you a booking confirmation, indicating your itinerary (meeting time, departure time, expected duration of the experience, amount of the deposit paid and the amount due). Meeting time for all ocean activities is 30 minutes prior to the departure of our boats thus allowing sufficient time for filling up all necessary paperwork and getting the matching size wetsuits and booties. Our boats departure times on particular dates, as well as the time we start the classes and pool training are based on ocean conditions (tides) and our operating hours. Please, kindly make sure you take the time mentioned in your booking confirmation into account while planning your trip and transfers, allowing enough time for reaching us in time for the booked program. In case you will be unable to reach us in time for the booked program (dive trip, diving course, introductory program) – that will be considered a cancellation of your booking. We will definitely do our best to help our guests out and reschedule the booked trip, though it might simply be not possible. All Nusa Penida Dive & stay and learn & stay packages refund policy If you wish to cancel your booking 30 or more days prior to the booked date – we’ll refund the full amount (excluding transfer fees and charges). We will return 50 percent of the paid deposit if the cancellation is made within the period of 30 to 20 days prior to your booking. If you cancel less than 20 days prior to your booking your deposit is non-refundable. We do recommend you to take care of your travel insurance prior or immediately after booking your Dive & Stay / Learn & Stay Package. That will make your life easier.
