Rescue Course:
In this course you will learn, amongst other things:
- to self-rescue and react in a personal emergency,
- to recognize and deal with stress in other divers (accident prevention),
- emergency management and equipment
- to deal with panicked divers
- to rescue an unresponsive diver
You will cover more theory on pressure related illnesses and injuries and about diving physiology and physics. You can do all the theory ahead of your course.
The course is flexible and is all about mastery learning. It is a demanding but very rewarding course and we promise you will laugh a lot along the way!
EFR Course:
Being certified as a First Aid responder is mandatory for courses such as the PADI Rescue Diver or PADI Divemaster. Over one day, we will take you through life support skills such as CPR and First Aid basics.
Who is it for?
> Anyone, any age, including non divers, can take this course.
We will go over theory and the basics of First Aid. Then we will demonstrate and have you practice skills such as CPR, bleeding management, splinting and bandaging and choking before putting it all together in some practice scenarios
