Duration: 3 days (theory completed in advance) Duration: 4 days (theory not completed in advance) Day 1 Your first day starts at 9am by completing liability and medical paperwork followed by review of scuba theory and introduction to scuba equipment. We then jump in the swimming pool to take your first breaths underwater and continue to learn skills essential for safe diving in the ocean. Time is also given for coffee and lunch breaks. The course is performance based so once you have mastered the skills and feel comfortable we are finished for the day. Day 2 We start at 8am and continue with any theory and swimming pool skills not completed the day before. We also head out to the ocean for your first scuba dives. Very exciting! Day 3 Another 8am start and today its dives 3 and 4 down to a maximum 18m. We dive around the Nusa Penida Marine Park and show you our amazing underwater world. Normally we would be finished by mid-day so time to relax by the pool in the afternoon or explore the island. Note: The course is performance based so some courses are completed in a shorter time and other courses need more time.
